Hi, we are running on version: 7.1.0.347522 (SR 2009_01), and used to be able to run reports. Now when we open a processflow, click evaluate, and run report - nothing happens. The Report Wizard that used to open no longer does. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We also encountered the problem. Aris Global Support explained to us that the Java 7 version has been introduced with the update of ARIS to version 7.2.4.741369. So they suggested to update the ARIS software to cope with the problem. We are now preparing that update, so I cannot confirm yet if this solves the problem.
