Hi All,

 

The exports which we created in aris architect is missing and it shows the error,"We cannot Connect with the ARIS Server,Contact the System Admin".We use ARIS 7.2.Will restoring the backup helps or any other solution can help.Please take it under priority.

Hi Soundarya,

I am sure you must have solved the issue by now. But in case of this error message if your server is not up you will not be able to see export. Please try to remove and then reconnect the server. While reconnecting the server make sure you test the connection.

If server is up and running, give it some time, let all required services run. Once all set refresh ARIS, you will see your export.
