Yesterday, we had to deploy an important update on ARIS Community. This update caused problems for some users that they are not able to log in anymore. Everytime they log in, their password is accepted, but they are still logged out.
The problem is due to outdated cookies in your browser. If you are experiencing this problem, you must delete the cookie for ariscommunity.com in your browser. At the moment, we can't provide a step-by-step instruction how to do it, because every browser does that in a different way.
