Aris Express: Doesn't open Diagrams

Hi guys,

I installed ARIS Express 2.3, using it with Java 1.6.0_26. When I now want to open a diagram (adf-file), just nothing happens. The diagram is not opened, no error or else comes up.

Any suggestions?

You probably unchecked the box "desktop integration" during installation and now ADF files are not associated with ARIS Express. In that case I suggest to reinstall ARIS Express.

Hi Mr. Stein,

first, thanks for your reply. I missed to tell about some important details. I'm working on linux (fedora) 64-bit. After downloading and installing, Aris Express starts up very well, without any error etc. But as I said before, I cant open or create diagrams. Trying so results in no operation.

So I will try to download it again and reinstall it, but I'm not sure if this will work.
