Dear Togashi san,
Already in 1992 IDS Prof. Scheer GmBH (former company name of IDS Scheer) had released a set of ARIS products.
But in 1993 ARIS Toolset 1.0 was generally available on the market as one integrated products. Here's one of the earliest screenshots (in German):
