Situation: 1.  Models were created in ARIS IT Architect for the Organization (Level 0 - Level 4) 2. Embedded objects were placed at different levels of the models i.e. (Screen shots depicting Oracle screens at the flow chart level, word documents were embedded to depict detailed requirements etc)   Complication: 1. When Run a report -> Click on Main Group> Right Click > Evaluate > Start Report  2. On the Report Wizard Screen > HTML Export > Select Default Settings for the output. The HTML Report generates  3. However, none of the embedded objects are available in the export all screen shots are lost, embedded documents are lost   ASK 1. How do I run an HTML report on a group so that I can see the entire model including embedded links to external sites, embedded documents such as screen shots and requirements documents? 2. Is there another alternative we should consider ?    Additional Note: In the report wizard it says the following: "You can specify the following settings in the script: - Key: WP_LinkList    Defines links that can be run from within the export.   These links, e.g., to documents, to Internet sites, or to e-mail addresses calling up an e-mail program (mailto:arissupport@ids-scheer.com) are converted into hyperlinks. These are available on different tabs in the export. - Key: WP_CopyDocs    Value 'true' means 'Copy documents': Creates copies of linked documents. Users always open these copies from the export instead of accessing the original documents.  Furthermore, you can specify the name of the required HTML layout by using variable 'layoutname'. The selected layout is applied to the export.   How would I set these values of the key  WP_CopyDocs or WP_LinkList and include them as a part of the HTML report using ARIS IT Architect? Thanks in advance for your guidance

Hello

This is an old request and I am new in ARIS Community. I am a little bit afraid when I see that such request has no answer after more than one year.

I got the same issue and asked ARIS support without relevant answer. Then a good guy from Software AG told me that you have to use the attribute type number (for instance 152, 153...)

Example in the "HTML export" report you may have the line:

oBusinessPublisher.setHtmlExportProperty("WP_LinkList", "152,153,154,872");

Warning: no space after comma, the report would give any result!

Hope it will help.
