Object type

Basic objects that represent, e.g., procedures, activities, states, etc.

To model an activity, you use the Activity object type as a basis. The activity becomes a type because it can be the basis of all procedures, activities, states, etc.

You can use it to represent a wide range of activities in a model, such as Prepare invoice, Authorize credit, or Approve funds.

The activity provided in ARIS Express is used simply as a superior method item for various typical processes, activities, states, etc. By modeling a specific activity and adding specific attribute values to it, the object type becomes a specific object.
