Save as dialog
Save the current model in the desired path and with the desired file name.
Warning
When you double-click on an existing file or enter a file name that already exists, the existing file is overwritten. Any model contents previously saved in this file will be lost. To ensure that you want to overwrite the file, you can click on the file in the file and folder list and check the previously saved contents in the preview.
Look in
Enables you to select a drive or folder. The content of the selected drive or folder is shown in the list below it.
File and folder list
List of files and folders contained in the drive or folder you selected in the Look in box.
- Click on a file to display its last saved contents in the Preview.
- Double-click on a file to overwrite it.
- Double-click on a folder to open it.
Up one level
Opens the folder that is located one level higher than the active folder.
Create new folder
Creates a new folder within the active folder.
List
Changes the display of the file and folder list so that only the file and folder names are displayed.
Details
Changes the display of the file and folder list so that additional information, such as the file size, is displayed alongside the file and folder names.
Preview
Extract from the selected model. Shows the last saved contents of the ARIS Express model, which is available as an ADF file.
File name
Name of the file to be opened. In the file and folder list you can click on the file or directly enter the file name. The default file extension of models created in ARIS Express is ADF.
File type
File type that is displayed in the file and folder list. The default file extension of models created in ARIS Express is ADF.
Save
Saves the model with the name specified in the File name box.
Cancel
Closes the dialog without applying the changes.
