While installing PPM i.e PPM set up in one new configured machine, getting error- 'Unable to start PPMCloudAgent105' . This is terminating the setup. Can you please suggest the resolution

We already have licensed PPM running in other servers but this installation issue is coming in installation within new server

Dear Abhishek,

Did you already check the log files in these folders?

  • %temp%
  • C:\SoftwareAG\ppm\server\logs
  • C:\SoftwareAG\ppm\server\bin\log
