Good morning,

I have a problem. I bought a license for Aris cloud but after the login I don't have the button "Launch" as you can see in the attached picture.

Can someone please help me?

Hi Alice

In the screenshot I could see "My licenses" - "no privileges assigned".

You user doesn't have license privileges to start the ARIS Cloud Viewer or Designer.

That's the cause why you don't have a "launch" button
