Profile picture for user Ana Rita Lopes

Good afternoon,

I need your help on a topic related to ARCM.

Users with privileges to run tests, which are present in a group of Testers, can see the test cases that were executed by elements of the other Tester groups.

For example:

I have an RL_1 user who is present in the Tester_1 group, and this user can see the tests run by the ML_2 user, which is in another Tester_2 group.

How do I prevent this?

I want Testers to see only their test cases. I realize that it is possible to filter and only "my test cases" appear but I do not want this option enabled, they should see ONLY their test cases.

Note: Both users are just testers and nothing more.

Thank you!

Dear Ana Rita,

users should only see objects that they are somehow privileged to see. Either because they have direct object privileges, manager roles, or indirect object privileges.

You say these users are only testers. Please check again if they have any other kind of role. If not, please raise a support ticket.

Kind regards

Hello Steffen,

Thank you very much for your attention.

In fact, this situation is a bit strange, because doing the validation in ARCM / UMC and Designer, the user is not associated with any group that gives him the privilege of seeing all the test cases executed.

The user only has ARCM license and has privileges to execute SOME test cases, not all of them.

Thanks.

Best regards,

Ana Rita Lopes
