When a query is not published (private) a user can paste data in the excel output of the query to for instance update multiple attributes at once.

When a query is published (made public) it seem not possible anymore to paste date in the excel output of the query? Is this normal behaviour or can a user be granted additional privileges to perform this action?

Hello Ann,

This is indeed how it has been implemented. You need architect to edit queries and there you can easily do copy/paste from Excel into query results.

From a published query, you can edit attributes but not in mass. My suggestion would be to save the query as a table (menu data) and then to use the Excel copy paste on the generated table (spreadsheet model).
