Hi All,
I´m having issues creating a second database. I´m selecting my preferred database type and it is stating that it is running afterwards. But after approximately 10 minutes it is flagged red and nothing happens and I can´t activate it or use it.

Hi Aykut,
I deleted the database "ARIS Prod (Expert)" in your project room Lowell.
As a test, I created an Expert test database in my EU project room.
I was able to successfully create it and activate it.
Perhaps there was a problem within the ARIS Cloud environment when you tried to create it resulting in the problem.
Please try to create the database again and check the status. Then Activate it and Apply, etc.
See if this resolves the issue.
If it does not, please capture screen shots and put them in a word.doc to illustrate the steps you used to create/activate, etc..
