könnten Sie uns bitte auch die Log-Datei aus '%temp%/ARIS_Install.log' zur Verfügung stellen?

die Datei ARIS_Install.txt ist das Log-File (als Attachment).

dankeschön. Eine kleine Spezifizierung: Könnten Sie uns bitte auch die Datei "ARIS_Install_full.log" senden? Sie enthält mehrere Informationen als die beigefügte Datei.

Hallo Thomas,

vielen Dank. Vergewissern Sie sich bitte, dass die Registry-Entries nach der Deinstallation gelöscht wurden bzw. löschen Sie bitte alle Ordner bezogen auf ARIS manuell (den ARIS Ordner in C:\SoftwareAG und die Registry-Entries) und starten Sie Ihren Rechner anschließend neu, bevor Sie erneut versuchen, die neue ARIS Version zu installieren. Außerdem, prüfen Sie bitte, ob die Hardware Voraussetzungen für die neue ARIS Version erfüllt sind.
