It´s great but I would also be grateful for more precise information of your ITIL ref model for the other participant. Thank you in advance.

Ok, there is three level model, first level and second level (processes marked by green colour) is standard in general and everyone can find it in ITIL literature. The third level (grey colour) represents processes that differ a little from standard ITIL processes. As I’ve said, this level is working, so there is possible some differences from standard ITIL model.

Hi Alexander,

Greate job! However I think this model should be represented as your own IT Activities Model instead the ITIL Model. Because it inherits general spirit of ITIL but it is'not pure ITIL.
