I've recognized an interesting thing, as I tried to access this material you recently published, I got the ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT, by other words site is not reachable.
Then, in ARIS Cloud Advanced I've tried this link, and this link, and this link and got the same result - no access. If in the first case there is a free content and you can do whatever you want, then in the second case sorry, it is paid.
And, what is interesting, when I switched on VPN access, with any region, does not matter - USA, Asia - oh miracle - it's work! So for the Ukrainian region, all your materials are blocked.
I do not care if there are some marketing materials are blocked, but for prepaid services, it should be resolved.
