Error installing

When I try to install aris-express I receive the following error:

Error Code: -5006 : 0x800700b7

Error Information:

>SetupNew\setup.cpp (591)

PAPP:ARIS Express

PVENDOR:Software AG

PGUID:49ABE0DF-5BC9-40E8-8996-7A2938BFB5C2

@Windows 7 / Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 0 (9200)

IE Version: 9.11.14393.0

Note: I have the newest Java version installed and tried everything in the other posts related to this issue.

Hi Bram,

Looks like this error comes from operation system and usually this error code means duplicate script running... or two entries for the same resource... try to close everything and using an Admin user install again and if you have some folder in C:\ related to ARIS express delete before to start...

If you continue with errors, please send the screenshots with steps that you did and will be helpful.

Thanks for the answer,

unfortunately I haven't found any ARIS files on my pc. The only file that I do have is the installer (I deleted all installers and downloaded a new one).

Even when I run this file as an admin the same error occurs.
