We use ARIS 9.6 and Connect, Connect always forces a login which is to be expected, however sometimes an Anonymous login might be helpful by removing the need for the user to input username and password to open a model.

Publisher does allow Anonymous login.

Is there any way of configuring ARIS Connect so that it can use an anonymous login similar to Publisher Anonymous login.

Thank you in anticipation

Hello Mr Morris,

please check with your license conditions, if a "guest" login is appropriate. Normally any ARIS Connect login (to be more precise: identified user) consumes a seat of your Connect Viewer/Connect Designer licenses. The same (human) user may login multiple times using multiple browsers or devices.

So sharing of a common account among multiple real users might not be covered by the license.
