Wir verwenden zurzeit die ARIS-Version 2.4c. Da eine Umstellung auf Windows 10 geplant ist, hatten wir jetzt auf einem Windows 10 Surface ARIS 2.4c installiert.  Beim Schritt 3 des Aktivierungs-Assistenten (Eingabe der Zugangsdaten) kommt man nicht weiter. Der Ladebalken bleibt und es passiert nichts. Ist diese Problem bekannt bzw. gibt es eine Lösung?

Hi,

nun, das Problem hat nichts generell mit Surface oder Windows zu tun, sondern eher mit dem Netzwerk, Proxy o.ä.

Express kann keine Verbindung aufbauen, um den Account zu überprüfen.

Hi, habe mich mit meinem Dienstrechner in meinem privaten Netz (ohne Proxy usw.) angemeldet und versucht ARIS zu starten. Leider die gleiche Fehlersituation. Haben Sie noch eine andere Idee???

Schauen Sie doch mal unter dem Verzeichnis "%userprofile%\ARISExpress\log" (so im Windows-Explorer eingeben) nach. Dort sind log-Dateien, die Sie vielleicht zippen und hier posten können.

Haben sie ein spezielles Zertifikat-Store. Wenden Sie sich am besten an Ihre IT.

Das SSL-Zertifikat der ARISCommunity bzw der Aussteller ist nicht dort enthalten.

Hi,

nun, leider nein... das ist ein Standard-Zertifikat. Der "Aussteller" des Zertifikats ist in dem "certificate store" der JRE enthalten. Normalerweise. Das scheint aber bei Ihnen nicht der Fall zu sein.

Frage: Sie versuchen vermutlich das Windows-Setup auszuführen. Könnten Sie es auch ggfs mal mit der Web-Start-Version probieren? Diese ist unter "free download for other systems" auf der Download-Seite von Express zu finden.

vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe. ARIS läuft wieder. Es war dann doch das Zertifikatsproblem.
