We are having an issue with the Aris Cloud interfase.

Usually we get this message after a while if we leave the Database open, without use (about 1 hour). However, during this week, we get this message very often, even if we are working in a model. In fact, if several users are connected to Aris Cloud, all of them get the message around the same time.

We would like to know how to fix this issue, since it is affecting our meetings with business users.

We had some issues related to your region and seems no issue anymore, can you update if still have issues ?
