I suspect some of my users of ARCM V9.8.4 are closing their active page by closing the Browser Tab rather than logging out as they have been trained. Consequently, some of my users have active sessions going back weeks and are unable to initiate a new active session. To resolve, we have to perform a server re-start.

- Has any one else found a way to resolve this in ARCM 9.8.4 without resorting to a server restart?

- Is this still an issue in 10.11 or has it been resolved in some way?
