Import Database in ARIS Cloud

I am trying to create a database in ARIS cloud by importing an adb file. But I fail to re-collect exact database name and system user password. Is there a way to still import the database into ARIS cloud. Please help me to upload this database.

Hi Deepak

The system user password has to be entered only if you try to restore an ARIS 7.x database.

If you try to restore a database backed up in ARIS 9 or higher you shouldn't enter a password.

What database version do you try to restore ?
