Good afternoon,
We have added a new connection to the usual RACI: S for support role. Is there any way to modify the RACI table in the Published content so this Support role also appears?
Thanks

Hello David,
you can download and edit the XML configuration set but it depends on how you implemented the supporting role:
Please read the comments in {ConfigSetName}\instances\raciTable\raciTable_default.xml

Hello David,
you need the Portal administrator function privilege and access to the Aris Connect Administration:
Administration >
Configuration view.
Application launcher >
Click Publication settings > Manage configuration sets. All available configuration and modification sets are displayed. The current configuration or modification set is marked as (active) cf. Connect Online Help
If you have never touched this you will only find the standard configuration sets:
You can download a configuration set via the backup symbol behind the name as a ZIP file, which contains the XML config, e.g. the mentioned raciTable_default.xml.
But it is not trivial uploading/creating a new config set and activating it. This will impact the Connect UI for all users on the same tenant, so you should have a test/trial tenant to play with it.
If you are new to it you better consult someone experienced or take the training course ARIS Connect Portal Configuration (742-70E)
For some background see this post

Thanks Martin,
Thanks for the links. Some good reading time ahead...
Best regards
