The organization I'm working at currently have ARIS Cloud Enterprise.
I'm currently trying to customize the ARIS Cloud portal view beyond what the self service views functionality allows. (i.e adding more attributes to the steps view)
I've read that there is more advanced XML configuration in some of the manuals, where can I find and upload these on the Cloud Enterprise product? As when I was using ARIS 7.2 on premise I would simply go into the ARIS server files and amend them directly.
Are there any other documentation around ARIS cloud Enterprise back end configuration?

The installation directory of the ARIS Cloud Enterprise server is not accessible for the users. Depending on the changes the xml files can be imported by Software AG. But it's also recommended to have an ARIS Cloud Enterprise configuration server for such customizing purposes. The configuration server is a small test instance.. For further details how you could change the configuration for ARIS Cloud Enterprise, please create an Empower ticket via Software AGs support platform.
