Hi,
I'm trying to convert my company internal project's process map from Microsoft Visio to ARIS. However, I still face problems when importing it. Is it necessary that the Visio file must be from 2007? Visio 2007 is already an outdated application which is no longer use in my company. Is there any alternative that the community can provide?

ARIS Express has not had any feature releases in quite a while. Current commercial versions of ARIS support the import of VDX-Files. Please contact your local sales representative about it. She will also show you what there is to gain from process modelling in contrast to drawing. With ARIS Express you have your drawings in a different format. With ARIS 10 you potentially lay the foundation for an enterprise repository.
