Course Information:

webMethods BPM for Developers

This course introduces webMethods BPMS within the Software AG webMethods suite. Participants learn through hands-on exercises how to either to enhance an imported logical business process model or to implement a technical business process model from scratch. The process model will be enhanced in Designer by adding underlying invoked services and business rules. Moreover, the students will implement automated business processes that require User Task execution. Deployed processes will be tested and executed. Their execution will be monitored using My webMethods. Additionally, the class covers more advanced topics such as Quality of Service settings, Task User Interface development, and starting processes from various sources. At the end of this course, students will be able to model, execute, debug, and monitor business processes across the extended enterprise. This course is an intensive workshop; the core of the course is a set of representative example business cases that illustrate the features of webMethods BPMS. Exercises are designed to prepare students for self-sufficiency.

webMethods Integration Workshop

This course introduces the Software AG webMethods suite. Participants learn through hands-on exercises how to implement a sample business process model by creating the underlying services and working with a process using Software AG Designer, and then monitoring process execution using My webMethods Server.  The concept of the data pipeline is introduced and students learn to use mapping tools and flow services to move XML documents and flat-file data into and out of an Integration Server. Students are also introduced to messaging, the Integration Server Java API, and Web Service capabilities of the Integration Server. At the end of this course, students will be able to implement and execute automated business processes across the extended enterprise.  This course is an intensive workshop. Exercises are designed to prepare students for self-sufficiency.

Yours Sincerely,
