Download error Aris-Express

I want to upload Aris-Express an get the error "Ressource konnte nicht geladen werden http://download/ariscommunity/com/antir.jar." from express.jnlp.

You are using an outdated Java version. Make sure that you are at least running 1.6.10.

I am running Windows-Vista and have not installed any Java. I am not familiar with Java, how can i install the runtime for 1.6.10?

Go to http://www.java.com/ and install it. Please also read the FAQ and installation instructions.
