Aris Connect doesnt save configuration set for dashboards

Hello

I have an Aris 10.0.4 Connect + Aware installed

I've imported default data feeds and dashboards into connect and configured URL alias - everything was fine

I tried to remove theese dashboards from home page in configuration set and that was successful, BUT after that I tried again to configure dashboards for home, list of default dashboards appeared again

I cannot delete netiher add my own dashboard. All I see is single list of default dashboards

How could I delete them?

Dear Dmitry,

I think you'd better open a support ticket for Global Support ARIS via Empower/eService. Your observation could be a bug.

I have already opened it, just wait now

I have just started to meet with dashboards functionality and have tonns of questions about the way of configuring it from the beginning

Can you recommend some materials or smth?

Dear Dmitry,

Have you walked through the 180+ pages strong chapter 3.7 Administrate dashboards (ARIS Aware) in ARIS Connect Administrator User Manual.pdf? It's located in ARIS DVD folder .\Documents\English\4 Administration\41 Basic (Single node).

And that's the offline version of the ARIS Connect online help: http://localhost/static/help/en/handling/connect/ca/index.htm#239284.htm

For other material I suggest to work with your local sales/presales/partner teams, and to browse through some YouTube videos about ARIS Aware: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=aris+aware

Dear Young-Ki,

Which ARIS version have you installed?

That bug of unremovable dashboards in the Connect configuration has been resolved already throughout last year.
