Aktivierungsfehler! Erster Start: ARIS Express hängt nach Eingabe der Zugangsdaten

Ohne Fehlermeldung und trotz korrekter Eingabe von Benutzer und Kennwort keine Aktivierung. Endlosschleife :(.

Privater Rechner, Internet ok, Anmeldung unter https://www.ariscommunity.com/ problemlos.

Das Problem - habe ich gelesen ist wohl öfter schon aufgetreten, aber: was ist die Lösung?

I have the same problem. I am Professor and telling my students to learn with Aris... but cannot access.

Hi,

Please ask your IT. In the case the call to check the community account does not work, this calls is usually blocked by IT. I just checked it from my side and it worked.

Hallo auch,

bei mir ist es heute aufgetreten. IT konnte über Logs Fehler 400 identifizieren.
