Error while trying to create HTML export

While I am trying to create an HTML export of one of the folders (which contains also folders and models inside), the following error is displayed:

If anyone could share information about this type of error, what's causing it and have to prevent it.

I think for that issue its the best to contact IDS Scheer Global Support directly.

Issue seems to have been resolved after Server update in combination with the client update.
