Hi,

When I create a query using hierarchy, I notice that it is not possible to generate a dashboard link. The query is valid as it shows the expected results in the table view-pane, so that's not the issue. I've also noticed that other ARIS users experience this same issue but no solutions are yet present.

Does anyone know how to solve or work around this issue, please?

Not being able to create a dashboard using a hierarchial query means that it is likely not possible to, for instance, create a dashboard that shows all aggregated objects (like processes, functions, roles, systems, risks) related or attached to a high level process. As an example, to answer a question like "what are the roles involved (on every level of the process) in the procure-to-pay end2end process"?

Best Regards, Harm
