Problems logging into arisadm

Hi everybody,

i try to use arisadm on a freshly installed aris connect server 98.9.0.1196602 on linux. When i try to use arisadm to restore a backup or even to run the version command, i run into the following error:

root@aris:/var/log# arisadm server localhost:1080 default system manager

use default charset for console(UTF-8;UTF-8)

changed console output to encoding UTF-8

Error: Incorrect password.

 

I verified that the system users password is correct by logging into the UMC. Thats working without a problem. Whats the issue here ?
