My Aris stopped working, it's only 3 yrs old. I unplugged it from the wall. I called customer service and my warranty ended one year ago so they want to charge me $50 to talk to me one time. Any ideas on what I can do?

You probably refer to your Arris modem. But here is the ARIS Community. Please note that our ARIS misses one "r" and is a software product. I suggest to google for "Arris modem" to find an appropriate forum.
