PPM 9.10 Editing Client UMG_EN

I have installed PPM 9.10 Server in a Windows 2012 Sever. I have edited client UMG_EN with Customizing Toolkit and tested the connection with MSSQL with success. I am able to start de client "UMG_EN" but when i try to execute program "Create UMG Demo Database" i get the following error:

Database table is empty until i execute the program. Anyone has any idea?
