the download there isn't starting for me, any suggestions?

did you get any error messages?
I've just tested the entire download process on my own, and it worked perfectly fine, but only for Windows.
There are two known bugs: the Webstart version is not working at the moment, and it looks like the recent update of Chrome broke the download process.
