With our new Process Intelligence for webMethods BPMS product, we have added great new capabilities to our webMethods BPMS portfolio to make the life of a process owner a little bit easier.
Mashup Dashboarding
This capability offers webMethods BPMS users the opportunity to create dashboards using BPMS data quickly and easily without the need of programming skills. The product we leverage is ARIS MashZone. Some of you might already know it from older posts or our MashZone Web special: http://www.mashzone.com
Process Discovery
With Process Discovery, webMethods BPMS users can now automatically discover and aggregate historical process paths to analyze probabilities and performance indicators. Process-relevant data is extracted directly from the webMethods systems, making it possible to reconstruct each process from start to finish. Unlike process representations in modeling tools, the resulting process models are visualized not as they should be, but as they actually are. Improvement initiatives can now focus on the most frequently used process patterns.
Process Analytics
Discovered webMethods processes can now be optimized using process attributes, such as costs, quality measures, cycle times, error rates. It becomes easy to identify and solve process deficiencies.
Process Benchmarking and Organizational Analysis
This capability helps process owners to spot and to roll out best-practice processes across the organization. Because the data originates from the underlying webMethods systems and was not manually modeled, all process measures are available. With organizational analysis, the connection between employees and process execution can be revealed to optimize team and collaboration structures and to facilitate change management.
If you use webMethods BPMS and you want to leverage these new capabilities you shouldn’t wait aggressively at the phone until we contact you ;-) Just send us an e-mail and we will arrange a meeting. We are happy to visit you and to show you Process Intelligence live.
