Hi All,
Do you also have some issue with the Proxy Settings?
For the normal connection to the ARIS Cloud there is no issue, but when we try to get the access of the Client Application it is not working. Company enforce us to use the proxy server to connect toward the cloud server.
But when we do all the settings of the Proxy then ARIS Client is returning this error message:
"You are attempting to connect via a proxy by using NTLM. This is not supported. Please contact your administrator."
Can you tell me if this is in the roadmap to get it supported? because I think that we do use a standard setting so this should be supported.
Otherwise what did you do to mitigate that issue?
Cheers,
Julien
Hi,
proxy usage is not a problem. It is the usage of the proprietary NTLM protocol you are using. This is not supported.
Instead of using NTLM, Kerboros could be an option.
Or you just set an exception for the URL for ARIS connect and use basic authentication.
Bye,
Frank
