Hi
We are using ARIS Connect Server 9 in which we would like to reduce the connection idle timeout for the Connect Viewers. We tried changing the following parameter and restarted the Server, but its not reflected in the system.
configuration file name: umc-setup.bak
Parameter name: com.aris.umc.client.idle.timeout
We also found the parameter is lot of other files, please help me with the correct configuration file to change the parameter
