Hope you are well.

I have updated our ARIS 10.11 single server to SP13 and the system hangs now at the start... 

ACC+ localhost>list
Node localhost - 13 installed runnables.

Is this a bug, have I missed something or will it just run several hours?

 

Has someone experienced the same issue?

Hi Kay,
This is not a bug, looks like something is wrong to ARIS and external database for example.
In this case, Are you update manually ? .. please there is a documentation 'cockbook' where you have the steps to update the runnables manually. What you could suggest is for you to see the log files from Agent folder, the log is agent.error and also can go to work/elasticsearch log folder and open the system.out and see what is wrong in these files. I would suggest you to provide the errors from these logs here in this post, and we can see what's going on.
Also you could try to update the runnbles using the commands from cockbook documentation.

It looks like an issue with elastic_m service.

Unfortunately mit detailed comments here a supressed as spam and I am not able to raise a support request with SoftwareAG (connection times out) or contact the company:
