Hello everyone,
I started a new job and I am having some trouble with ARIS 9.8
I am running on :
Windows 7 64bit
Firefox 32bits
I installed Java JDK 8u91 64bits AND JRE 8u91 32bits
Whenever I launch ARIS Archistect/Designer from the downloadClient page, and after opening a few files or browsing a little, ARIS suddenly closes, without warning nor error.
I checked ARIS's logs and there is no mention of any crash, only connection, file opening then nothing.
I already tried updating java, downgrading it, installing only the 32 bits or 64bits, installing 32 before 64 and 64 before 32 but I alway end up in the same situation.
Some coworker with the exact same configuration doesn't have the same problem, I am officialy out of ideas.
Anyone have any clues about what I can do to fix this bug ?

Hi Anthony,
Try to set using this configuration:
- Java Plug-in 32 bit, version 1.8.0_66-b18
- Mozilla 32bit, version 45.3.0
- At least 8GB of Ram and disk with at least 20 Gb free.
- Before to start the ARIS, delete the temp files from Java Plug in option ( control panel ) and also delete ( or move ) the ARIS folder from your computer ( C:\users\ARIS90\ ). This procedure will force the ARIS begin the download again from server.
