I just installed ARIS Express for first time on macOS, it runs ok but the registration wizard appears everytime I run it. I must enter my login data to continue using the software, is it normal? Somebody knows if there is anyway to avoid entering my registration information each time I want to use ARIS? Thanks for your help!

Hi,
do you use some "clean up" software, that tidies up you user profile? Express stores data there. If the wizard appears over and over again, this information is deleted.

No, I don't use any clean up software. It's very strange because it let me use the software but must re-entering my registration information each time. I hope to find a solution, this is something annoying.
