I have encountered the attached error when opening an uploaded model in Aris Advanced:  Can you tell me how to fix it please.  Thank you,   Louise

Hi

This looks as if there could be an inconsistency in the imported file (BPMN?)

It could make sense that you contact the Software AG Global Support team via https://empower.softwareag.com/.

and attach the file

This is possible with an ARIS Cloud Advanced account
