I’d like to publish a data base in Aris Publisher, but only some groups from the whole data base. I think it is only possible to export complete bases, and due to that I try to export a base and adjust users permissions to show only determinate groups, but then appears another problem, objects whose definition is located in concealed groups aren’t shown in models, there are blanks in models and they seem to be incomplete.
Does exist any form to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Out-of-box there is no solution for this issue. But as per best practise, your defination objects should be in same group where respective model is present. This will solve your issue. To move your objs definations to your model groups, you can use "Move object definitions into model group" report on group level. (DO NOT run this report on Library groups).
Note: Also Library group need to be published.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I use this report to maintain the data base in correct order, but sometimes, the same object definition has ocurrences in differents models, and these models could be in differents groups. If this case happens, the definition could be located in the group I want to conceal.
Thanks & Best regards
Laura
Better please maintain Object Library and move all objects from every group to Object Library and give read access to Object Library group for Publisher user, always keep default access to Object Library group.
Hope this will help you..
