Im getting an error when trying to open a model in Cloud and no idea what can be the cause of same and fix. Ican enter cloud, see the databases and their group structure, but when i try open the model  i got the message. It happens sporadically and the network console read abs errors everytime i click on a model.

Then without any notice the connection came back and all working again. But i was having 3-4 episodes per month

Im running out of ideas . attached pictures of the error

error reads: "The connection to ARIS Server was interrupted. Your changes are currently not being transfered. Resume your work when the connection is restored."
