Today I would like to introduce our new reporting capabilities that enable you to improve utilization of your process data.
The first improvement is the support of additional output formats (PDF, DOC, DOCX, ODT, XLS, RTF, HTML, TXT) for the existing standard reports.
Before you start a report in the editing mode,
you can now select between different output formats as you can see in the following screenshot:
Besides the new output formats we added a new report in Process Live. That report provides extended information about the model and all assigned models, and it is also available in frequently used formats (PDF, DOC, DOCX, ODT, RTF).
Let’s use the following example to show you the new process manual report. In the example, you see a value-added chain diagram with an assignment to the Recruiting process. I select the ”Create process manual” report and PDF as the output format.
The report also contains information about the VACD and all assignments of the Recruiting step.
Now you have seen the new reporting capabilities in Process Live. In my next post I will show you the new collaboration features.
