so we created a dashboard and the preview shows the result but when i click the view icon (eye) the widgets do not visualize the results and there's not error or anything, what could be wrong?

hard to say....
Did you create a completely new dashboard from scratch?
Did you maybe define "Preview values" in your data feed?
Is Aware showing you for the dashboard widgets in the "Assign data" dialog the data or is there maybe an error notification?
Did you create a completely new dashboard from scratch? this started with one of the default dashboards that come with the platform (UMG) not working and lot more and thought we should try redo it and see where it got wrong but didnt quite work out.
Did you maybe define "Preview values" in your data feed? they did as you can actually preview the results while assigning data.
Is Aware showing you for the dashboard widgets in the "Assign data" dialog the data or is there maybe an error notification? Theres no erro notification its just plain widgets with the respective widgets structures but no feeding values.
In which language do you use ARIS? The language can have an impact on the dashboards.
The default dashboards for the UMG are only working if you select the UMG database. If you want to use them for your own content you have to run the dashboard reports on your database.
Could you please share some more details:
Is the dashboard embedded in ARIS content and isn't showing data or is it directly in the dasboard editor view mode?
Could you maybe share the data feed with me or some screenshots what you exactly did?
