Creating Reports in ARIS 7.1

Hi All,

I need your help. I am trying to extract model data into a process manual. When I select 'Evaluate' then 'Start Reports' nothing happens...no error message, no wizard, nothing.

Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong?

Which tool do you use? ARIS Achitect or Business Publisher?

Thank you so much for responding. However, I got the problem resolved by installing ARIS Architect as a client on the machine. When I had the problem, I was using the web interface (Business Publisher). I still don't understand why that happened as I was expecting that all functionality would be available from the web interface. So if you can explain why that occurred, I would appreciate it. Thanks again.

Reports have to be specifically made available when you publish to business publisher. Whoever is generating the publisher database has to identify which reports will be included. All reports in ARIS will not neccesarily be available in publisher.
