Dear All,
I try to install ARIS Server (Windows) on a server, after the installation, I try to run the ARIS Cloud Controller to start all services, but it's run and closed quickly.
I check the list below.
1- ARIS Agent running.
2-Installation ARIS Server was successful.
3- There is no issue with the security on the server.
If anyone faced this problem, please help me.

I think for technical issues it's more efficient to open a support ticket on https://empower.softwareag.com.
There could be many reasons why ARIS Cloud Controller doesn't connect to ARIS Agent. Did you restart the Windows service ARIS Agent? You can check the Agent's log files in folder C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\logs
And instead of ARIS Cloud Controller you can also check the runnables via ARIS Infrastructure on the URL http://localhost/acc/ui/#/infrastructure. From there you could run a health check:

Usually when the ARIS Agent is down you cannot run the ACC (previously commented), then go to the Services and check if the ARIS Agent is started. If yes you can open the CMD command and call the ACC.bat from the folder ...\server\acc\acc.bat and in case of error will could be know what is going on ..
