Hellow,

After a failed backup tenant command exécution and another failed collectlogfiles exécution, i m unable to acces to Aris designer or architect --> Error : error during data transfer

The portal acces and model consultation works fine,

What can i do to restore acces to Aris designer or architect.

please contact support. They will be able to sort out the mess you have gotten into. This forum is not likely able to analyze your situation. And you want quick help!

I deleted the C:\Users\user\ARIS10 folder, and that did it.

Currently, I'm facing the issue. The deleting of C:\Users\user\ARIS10 folder will not cause any issue right?
