Hello everyone

My customer is reporting the following error when in ARIS Architect:

Is it a windows permission related issue? Database? ARIS permissions?

I've been looking for further info on the ARIS Troubleshooting guide as well as the administration guide but found nothing concerning this error.

I think there could be multiple reasons for a failed login with such an error message. I suggest to submit a support ticket including both log files, from the affected ARIS client as well as from the ARIS Server.

The service was restored without further intervention from our end. We'll review the logs ourselves this time.
